People and Organization Development Specialist / Assistant Manager(Code: HR – Specialist)

Responsibilities:

  • This position will assist the Superior in conducting the following activities:
  • Organization Development
  • Review organization structure to be in line with company vision/mission, short, mid, and long term strategy.
  • Review current job description and design new job description and job evaluation, and grading which aligned with the agreed organization structure.
  • Manpower Planning
  • Propose manpower planning design in line with the agreed organization structure and strategy.
  • Company Culture
  • Coordinate in socializing process of company culture, and ensure the deployment program run properly.
  • HR Policy
  • Ensure the implementation of HR Policy to be in place in proper manner.
  • People Development
  • Provide employee mapping based on soft competency, skill & knowledge, and PPA
  • Conduct TNA (Training Needs Analysis) for employee within organization and propose proper training matrix based on the TNA result.
  • Ensure the implementation of ALC training within the organization and monitor the training result to each department head.
  • Conduct post training evaluation and propose development program for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor training budget of each department.
  • Involve in preparing career mapping and talent management program in the organization.

Requirements:

  • Female/Male, age 27 – 31 years
  • Able to conduct and analyze Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) – DISC Certification
  • Formal education
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any related discipline. Master degree majoring in Strategic Management and Human Resources Management would be an advantage
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 4 (four) years experience in related field and MNC
