During the period of 1968 – 1970 the brand “EBARA” was launched and continuously grow up until now as well known pump in Indonesia. Currently the company expanded their business not only as pump dealer, but also as Distributor, Engineering, Procurement and Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involve in the significant contribution to the development of company policy related to compensation and benefit
  • Work together with a team of professional staff across the units within the organization to focus on development of Job Evaluation and Grading System
  • Provide dynamic ideas on organization development matters
  • Performs analysis of the organization’s Compensation and Benefits programs
  • Update and administer current and future grading system in line with the organization’s dynamic growth
  • Prepare various analyses of benefit plans including group life, medical, pension, etc
  • Administer the organizational change process

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management from overseas or reputable university with GPA > 3.00
  • Minimum have 3 years working experience in Human Resource area, preferably in trading or MNC.
  • Relevant experience in Job Evaluation and Job Grading within a medium to large organization
  • Have good knowledge of Organizational Development and basic consulting ability
  • Outstanding skills on Service oriented
  • Understanding of business processes and have a strong analytical and research capabilities
  • Able to work independently as well as work in team
  • Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • PC literate and proficient in written and spoken English
