An Audit Manager’s primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting the Internal Audit Head. This will include managing all internal audit functions and tasks along with developing annual audit plan for approval by country heads, identifying areas of potential internal control exposure and areas for improving operational efficiency. You will assist the Internal Audit Head in mediating with parties in accordance with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) such as Bank Indonesia, public accountant, Board of Commissioners / audit committee and group / head office audits.
This apart, you will review staff audit work papers and reports to ensure appropriate documentation and support, direct and monitor the work of assigned staff and prepare the unit’s budget. All systems have to adhere with ANZ’s policies and procedures.
